Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone liquid production device as a gas circulation type ozone production device capable of avoiding entering a stationary state in which an ozone liquid concentration decreases substantially to the same extent with a gas no-circulation type ozone liquid production device.SOLUTION: An ozone liquid production device is provided with a lower-limit liquid level detection sensor (26) which detects whether the liquid level in a gas-liquid separator (20A) is equal to or higher than a set lower-limit liquid level; a circulation valve (15) which can open and close a fourth path (4); and a circulation valve control part (16A) which performs opening/closing control over the circulation valve (15) according to whether the lower-limit liquid level detection sensor (26) detects the liquid level in the gas-liquid separator (20A) being equal to or higher than the set lower-limit liquid level.
