Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water generation device where the leakage of ozone gas from a container can be prevented without making the airtightness of the container high.SOLUTION: In an ozone water generation device 1, ozone gas is supplied into a container 2, the ozone gas is dissolved in raw water in the container 2 and then ozone water is generated. The container 2 has an opening 9 and is equipped with an ozone decomposition catalyst 7 and an exhaust fan 8. In an ozone gas treatment unit 6 arranged at the opening 9 of the container 2, the ozone gas insoluble in the raw water in the container 2 is suctioned by the exhaust fan 8, decomposed to oxygen by the ozone gas decomposition catalyst 7 and then exhausted from the opening 9 of the container 2.
