Abstract:
To provide an ozone water generator which generates ozone water having a high content of ozone by using ozone gas effectively.
In this ozone water generator, the ozone gas is mixed with and dissolved in water by an ejector 4 to generate ozone mixed water, the generated ozone mixed water is fed to an ozone water tank 5 through a connecting passage 8 which connects the ejector 4 and the ozone water tank 5, and surplus ozone gas is removed from the ozone mixed water in the ozone water tank 5. A meandering passage 9 is installed in the midway of the connecting passage 8 which connects the ejector 4 and the ozone water tank 5, thereby making the flow passage cross section of the meandering passage 9 larger than that of the connecting passage 8.
