To enable making of ozone water with higher solubility of ozone at a lower cost by providing a zeolite filter and a water cooler using a thermoelement at a front stage of an ozone mixer in a type in which city water is mixed with ozone to be supplied from an ozone generator.
In the producing of ozone water by mixing city water by an ozone mixer 2 with ozone which is supplied from an ozone generator 1 desngned to generate ozone by discharging in the air with the application of a high frequency high voltage between electrodes, a zeolite filter 3 and a water cooler 4 using a thermoelement (Peltier element) at the front stage of the ozone mixer 2. In the zeolite filter 3, zeolite employs a 3 component based inorganic adsorbant of Na1-Al2O3 and adsorbs not only chlorine in the city water but also magnesium or the like to filter the city water. Then, the filtered water is cooled by the water cooler 4 thereby facilitating the dissolving of the ozone.
