Abstract:
To allow a measurement of an error ratio of only a high level signal or a low level signal while measuring the error ratio of a middle level signal.SOLUTION: In a 0/1 discrimination circuit 2, a first 0/1 discrimination device 2a performs a 0/1 discriminate of a high level signal as compared with a first reference voltage Vth1 of a high voltage range, a second 0/1 discrimination device 2b performs a 0/1 discriminate of a middle level signal as compared with a second reference voltage Vth2 of a middle voltage range, and a third 0/1 discrimination device 2c performs a 0/1 discrimination of a low level signal as compared with a third reference voltage Vth3 of a low voltage range. The first and second reference voltages are set within the middle voltage range so as to punch the middle level signal. The third reference voltage is set within the low voltage range so as to punch the low level signal. A decode circuit 3 outputs a discrimination signal of the middle level signal output by the second 0/1 discrimination device 2b as a MSB, and outputs the discrimination signal output by the third 0/1 discrimination device 2c as a lowermost bit string signal LSB.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
