Abstract:
To provide parts made of Ti in which an oxidized layer on the surface is hard to be peeled and to provide its production method.
Glass fine particles 5 and alumina fine particles 4 are stuck to the surface of a base metal 2 composed of a pure Ti material or a Ti alloy material in which the content of Ti is about ≥90 wt.%. Those fine particles are dispersedly stuck so that the total area is controlled to about 40 to about 90%. The surface between the fine particles is formed with an oxidized layer 6 with a film thickness of about 10 to about 1,000 nm.
