PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag formation and attachment device and the like, which enable an inner bag to be suitably attached to a box even when the inner bag is attached to the box different in size.SOLUTION: An inner bag formation and attachment device includes: input means (e.g. a bar code reader and an operation device) into which size information (e.g. a type and a drawing amount L) enabling identification of a box size is to be input; an inner bag formation mechanism 130 that forms an inner bag 20 having a width (e.g. a width appropriate to the drawing amount L and the like appropriate to the type of the box and the like) appropriate to the box size identified by the size information input into the input means; and an inner bag attachment mechanism for attaching the inner bag 20 to the box.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
