Abstract:
PURPOSE:To paste a solar cell element whose radius of curvature is larger than that of a transparent curved-surface sheet by a method wherein intermediate film layers composed of a transparent resin are united by being laminated and pasted locally and stepwise between the transparent curved-surface sheet and the solar cell element according to a change in the interval between both. CONSTITUTION:The shape of intermediate film layers 16a-16c which are to be situated between a curved-surface glass sheet 12 and a solar cell element 14 is cut to be different stepwise in such a way that they are thicker toward the center of their curved parts and thinner toward their peripheral part according to the radius of curvature of the curved-surface glass sheet 12. That is to say, the shape of the intermediate film layers on the surface side is made gradually smaller and the number of layers to be laminated is increased while the number of layers to be laminated is smaller on the peripheral side; the intermediate film layers are then laminated. By a pasting operation the intermediate layers form a united structure; the solar cell element 14 is protected; the curved-surface glass sheet 12 and the solar cell element 14 are bonded firmly. Even when the radius of curvature of the transparent curved-surface sheet is small, it is possible to prevent that the intermediate film layers become extremely thick; it is possible to restrain the transmissivity of light from being reduced; the performance of the solar cell element can be displayed sufficiently.
