Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely prepare a large quantity of network displaying data in a short time by previously displaying a base plan (map) and positioning the data on the map. CONSTITUTION:At the time of preparing network displaying data, a base plan, namely, a street map or topographical map stored in a base plan storing means 5 is first displayed on a displaying means 2. Then the data (network data) for defining the network indicating the physical relation among facilities, namely mutually connected relations of the facilities without coordinates are called from a network data storing means 1 and displayed on the displaying means 2 in the connected order. When an operator designates the displaying position of the network data on the base plan to the displayed network data through a coordinate defining means 3, displaying data are prepared and stored in a displaying data storing means 4. Thus a large quantity of network displaying data can be prepared surely and efficiently.
