Abstract:
PURPOSE: To take out efficiently a processed liquid which has finished stirring and blending by inserting a stirring plate into a container to be moved relatively and forming a blended liquid passage in the stirring plate. CONSTITUTION: A stirring plate 11 is formed by attaching blades 112, 112 to the end of a straight pipe part 111; a blended liquid passage F is composed of the hollow part of the straight pipe 111 and the hollow part of a support member 12 consisting of a carry-out pipe. A suction port 11a is opened at a place where the lower end of the stirring plate 11 approaches the bottom of a container 13. The container 13 is fixed with its lower part engaged with a turn table 144 installed in a frame 14. The container 13 is rotated relatively to the stirring plate 11 by rotating the turn table 144 reciprocatingly while liquid in the container 13 being stirred. After the finish of stirring and blending, a processed liquid is discharged to a pipe 142 through the passage F to be sent to a specified place.
