PURPOSE: To prevent generation of matter which gives bad influence on a photographic sensitive material from a heat-sealed layer of a package bag which contains the photographic sensitive material.

CONSTITUTION: The pakcage bag for a photographic sensitive material consists of only a lubricating thermoplastic resin layer 1a which contains a light-shielding material. The lubricating thermoplastic resin layer la consists of a thermoplastic resin substantially comprising carbon and hydrogen, and further oxygen, and containing ≤1.0wt.% matter which is not stabilized and gives bad influence on the photographic property, 0.001-0.35wt.% residuce of antioxidant, 0.001-5.0wt.% one or more compds. of lubricant and antistatic. The layer 1a has ≤0.6 coefft. of static friction.
