PURPOSE: To provide a request acquisition supporting device capable of surely acquiring requests from a user to various systems or software.

CONSTITUTION: The supporting device includes an input part 11 for inputting a request from a user to a system or software as a Japanese sentence, an analyzation part 12 for analyzing Japanese corresponding to the input sentence, a word register part 14 and a using word dictionary 16 for detecting and registering words used for the input sentence based upon the analytical result of the input sentence, a combination registering part 15 and a combination dictionary 17 for detecting and registering the combinations of words used for the input sentence based upon the analytical result of the input sentence, a retrieving part 18 for retrieving an unregistered combination by referring to the words and combinations registered in respective dictionaries 16, 17, and a display part 19 for displaying the retrieved word combination.
