Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent microcrack in ceramics and to improve durability by preventing a thermal stress in a burning step.
CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic heater 4 comprises the steps of molding to embed a conductive resistor 2 in an insulating heat conductor 11 in which ceramic powder and binder are mixed, and burning to externally heat the conductor 1 while energizing the conductive resistor 2.
