PURPOSE: To improve the liquid crystal display device more specifically the LCD module integrated with a substrate mounted with an IC for driving.

CONSTITUTION: This liquid crystal display device has a liquid crystal display section 11, the wiring thin-film substrate 12 for electrically connecting and fixing this liquid crystal display section 11 and a driving circuit element 13 and electrically connecting and fixing this driving circuit element 13 and an external device and the driving circuit element 13 commissioned to driving of the liquid crystal display section 11. The wiring thin-film substrate 12 is formed with an electrode wiring 12B on the thin film 12A and is selectively formed with an anisotropic conductive adhesive resin 12C in the terminal part of the electrode wiring 12B.
