Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture the surface acoustic wave device whose temperature stability is extremely superior.
CONSTITUTION: A comb-like electrode which consists principally of gold and has a film thickness (h) and an electrode cycle λ is constituted on the top surface of a θ+90° rotationally Y-cut crystal piezoelectric substrate. Here 6°<θ<9° and 0.022<h/λ<0.028; and the angle ψ between the X-axis of the crystal and the orientation of electrode is so set that 20°<ψ<22°.
