PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in cost of a device even when there are a plurality of systems for power supply wiring, and to perform PWM control to a lighting system with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A control unit 10 comprises: storing means (a non-volatile memory) storing respective electric wire resistances R1 and R2 of electric wire paths A and B; monitoring means (an AD-I/F 13) monitoring a power supply voltage Vrh of the electric wire path A; and control means (a microcomputer 14) monitoring load currents Irh and Ilh to head lamps RH and LH, calculating a potential difference ΔV between the electric wire paths A and B from the monitored load currents Irh and Ilh and the electric wire resistances R1 and R2 stored in the non-volatile memory, and calculating a power supply voltage Vlh of the electric wire path B from the calculated potential difference ΔV and the detected power supply voltage Vrh of the electric wire path A.
