PURPOSE: To make it possible to achieve pace adjustment correctly in a short period of time, without using any special pace measuring equipment, by making rough adjustment for pace acceleration and deceleration by a prescribed system and also by making fine adjustment for pace acceleration and deceleration by controlling drive voltage of an oscillation circuit through a voltage variation switch.

CONSTITUTION: A rough adjustment of pace acceleration and deceleration is done by changing frequency division ratio of a frequency divider 2 in accordance with operation of a switch S. And it is also possible to make this rough adjustment by adjusting oscillation frequency of an oscillator 1 through a fixed capacitor. On the other hand, in a DUTY control circuit 4 corresponding to a combination of plural switches S', gate time corresponding to a combination of prescribed plural frequency division step outputs from a frequency divider 2 is controlled, and DUTY time is finely varied on the step-by-step basis. By doing so, DUTY of high voltage section put out from a voltage control circuit 3 is varied, frequency of the oscillator 1 is finely adjusted with freedom to a prescribed extent every known minute step by controlling of drive voltage, and therefore, it is possible to conduct pace acceleration and deceleration adjustment correctly in a short period of time without using any special pace measureing equipment.
