Title:
PACHINKO BALL COUNTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08196737
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate frequent cleaning works for a pachinko ball counter to make it maintenance-free, and make pulse width of the pachinko ball signals arbitrarily adjustable.

CONSTITUTION: A sensor 14 to detect pachinko balls P that move along a counting rail 8, and a counting circuit to perform counting operation based on detection signals from said sensor are disposed, whereas a proximity sensor such as an inductance sensor is used as the sensor 14 to perform said detection to detect that a pachinko ball P comes in proximity. Because counting is executed as a result of the signal outputted from the proximity sensor 14 when the pachinko ball P comes in proximity of the proximity sensor 14, the detecting function will not deteriorate due to contamination, thus frequent cleaning works are eliminated, and maintenance-free performane is realized.
