Title:
PACHINKO BALL POLISHER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005224402
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a pachinko ball polisher which can polish the entire circumferential surface of the balls while being made compact.

The polisher is constituted of a rotary bar 1 in which a spiral groove 3 for conveying the balls is formed in the outer circumferential surface, a polishing guide member 2 which has a groove thread part 4 for guiding the balls formed parallel with the rotary bar 1, a polishing fabric 6 laid in the groove thread part and an elastic body 7 which energizes the polishing guide member 2 in the direction of the rotary bar 1 to press the balls in the spiral groove 3 onto the polishing fabric 6. A clearance is formed between the subsequent balls following the balls taken into the spiral groove 3 at the ball entry side end part 1a of the rotary bar 1 to keep the subsequent balls from contacting the rotary bar 1, thereby preventing the subsequent balls from being dogged simultaneously with the preceding balls.
