PURPOSE: To freely adjust the rate of putting prize balls out by a method wherein a solenoid coil is actuated and a ratchet wheel is moved by means of a feed lever directly coupled to a solenoid suction rod, then a nail angle is adjusted by means of a nail movement lever through a side cam.

CONSTITUTION: A moving nail 7 is connected in a straight line to a nail moving lever 8 through a nail core rod 10 and the tip of the lever 8 is made to abut on a side cam 11. By energizing a solenoid coil 19 according to control input 23 a slide plate 17 and a feed lever 16 are moved to and fro through a solenoid suction rod, and thereby a ratchet wheel 13 is rotated in a fixed direction in cooperation with a reverse rotation preventing lever. Through the rotation of the wheel 13 a home position short board 14 and a contact are brought into contact with each other, whereby the nail 7 are set at the neutral position. Thereafter, the wheel 13 is rotated by the number of teeth corresponding to the number of pulses, thereby changing the angle of the moving nail 7 through the cam 11 and the lever 8.
