The pacifier holder with a strap is characterized by the mascot which is made of a soft material, has a hollow section inside, has an opening and has a pacifier bag attached around the inside or outside of the opening to put in or take out the pacifier freely; and the pacifier bag made of cloth or net and put in or taken out of the hollow section freely through the opening of the mascot.
