Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a breaker at an accurate position, while facilitating assembling and effectively protect a battery for safe use by accurately operating the breaker.
SOLUTION: This pack battery comprises a case 2, the battery 1 contained in the case 2, a printed circuit board 3 mounted with a protective circuit part 6 of the battery 1, and the breaker 4 and the breaker 4 is connected to the battery 1 in series and protects the battery by being switched to be off, when overcurrent flows in the battery 1 or battery temperature reaches higher than a set temperature. Also, the breaker 4 has plural solder terminals 11, that are fixed on the casing 10 and has one or plural terminals 11 fixed on the board 3 through reflow soldering. The board 3 is connected to the battery 1 via a lead 5 and arranged at a fixed position inside the case 2. The breaker 4 is fixed at a fixed position inside the case 2 via the board 3.
