Since a purifying member formed by carbonizing a member having the same quality as an extraction member containing the component to be extracted is housed in this component extracting pack, a liquid such as hot and cold water can be purified by the purifying member. Since a mineral which remains in the purifying member and is the same kind as the component to be extracted can be added and the ratio of the mineral to be added is the same as that of the mineral in the component to be extracted, the taste peculiar to the component to be extracted is not changed.
