To provide a pack type valve capable of effectively preventing leak of gas due to wrong operation of a handle, and a fire extinguishing device equipped with the same.
This valve includes: a safety pin 90 restricting rotation of the handle 50; the handle 50 having a first safety pin insertion hole 53 retaining one end side of the safety pin 90 bored thereon; a spindle driver 60 fixed on the handle 50, connected to a spindle 30, and transmitting rotation of the handle 50 to the spindle 30; and a safety pin bracket 70 fixed at a valve body 10 side and having a third safety pin insertion hole 73 retaining another end side of the safety pin 90 bored thereon. A second safety pin insertion hole 64 positioned between the first and the third safety pin insertion holes 53, 73 is provided on the spindle driver 60. A minute clearance preventing rotation of the handle 50 from being transmitted to the spindle 30 is formed by forming a designated clearance between the spindle driver 60 and the spindle 30.
