Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid escape toward a bag main body during the discharge of liquid contents, ensure excellent fixed-quantity function and discharge stability, and discharge the contents swiftly and continuously, by making a liquid storage compartment and the fixed-quantity compartment, which has a discharge opening closable by itself, communicate with each other via a film nonreturn valve.
SOLUTION: In a package bag 1, a fixed-quantity compartment 3 adjacent to a liquid storage compartment 2 is partitioned with a film valve 5 for reverse-flow prevention, and a discharge opening 4 closable by itself is provided so as to communicate with the fixed-quantity compartment 3. The widthwise upper-end 8 of the valve 5 is joined to one of side-wall members 11 by heat seal, and a lower end 9 is joined to the other side-wall member by heat seal with an unsealed part 10 left, thereby constituting so that the liquid storage compartment 2 and the fixed-quantity compartment 3 communicate with each other. When liquid contents are filled into the package bag 1, the contents flow into the fixed-quantity compartment 3 from the liquid storage compartment 2 via the unsealed part 10 of the valve 5. To let the liquid contents out, the fixed-quantity compartment 3 is pressed after the front end of the discharge opening 4 is unsealed.
