CONSTITUTION: Along the rails erected on a plurality of supplying stations 4 and a receiving station 5 for receiving a package and returning an empty tube, a package carrying vehicle having a lifting base 14 on which a plurality of chucks 23 are protruded and capable of selecting a specified chuck in the down position in such a manner as to be capable of hanging is provided in such a manner as to be capable of traveling. One of the chucks 23 is made empty and started from the receiving station 5 to hold an empty tube by the empty chuck, and the empty tubes are successively held by the chucks after package supply.
