To provide a spinning winding machine for elastic string capable of solving a problem that the winding number of bunch winding is lacked although a string moved to a bobbin end by an action for giving and receiving the string forms the bunch winding at a bobbin end of a full winding package and that a string end is difficultly taken out from the package at a latter step by merely forming the bunch winding.

An end of an elastic string Y wound on a string layer P of a package is dropped off from the string layer P on a bobbin Bf removed from a string layer forming position and forms a package for elastic string wound at three rounds or more on the bobbin Bf. The end of the elastic string Y wound on the string layer P of the package is dropped off from the string layer P on the bobbin Bf removed from the string layer forming position and is wound on the bobbin Bf at one round or more to form the package for elastic string deposited on an end surface Pa of the string layer P.
