Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a package management system to enable easy and effective utilization of yarn resource of a defective package.
CONSTITUTION: Inspection data on the inner layer of a package 3 is taken during the winding with a winder 1 and outer layer inspection data of the package 3 is taken in the course of transfer from the winder. The defective package is rejected based on the inspection data on the inner layer and the outer layer. The defective package is classified in the rejection stage according to the kind of defect.
