The package includes: upper and lower foamed bodies 1 and 2 whose mutually opposing surfaces are formed into holding surfaces 11 and 21 that keep the object to be packaged held between them; the object to be packaged 3 maintained between the holding surfaces 11 and 21 of the upper and lower foamed bodies 1 and 2; and a heat shrink film 5' that covers the upper and lower foamed bodies 1 and 2 and tightening the holding surfaces 11 and 21 in a direction in which they are tightly attached to each other.
