To provide a package for photographic sensitive material, which has high light shielding property and moisture-proof property and is easily unsealed to allow a photographic roll film to be easily taken out therefrom.

A package 18 wrapping a photographic sensitive material comprises a print protection film 19 protecting a print layer 24, a barrier film 20 giving a light shielding property and a moisture-proof property to the package 18 by an aluminum film 27 and a glass film 28, and a sealant film 21 giving sealability to the package 18. A laminate film wherein a plurality of polyester resin layers including at least a first layer 19a having molecular alignment and a second layer 19b not having molecular alignment are laminated is used as the print protection film 19, whereby the ease of unsealing is considerably improved because strength and hand-tearability are given to the package 18 in good balance.
