To improve visual distinguishability of packaged food and appearlability by forming a part of the face of the packaging body touching to the sectional face of sandwich food as a transparent body through which the food exposed on the sectional face is visible and forming the remaining part to have a color/pattern corresponding to the individuality of commodity.

A window-shaped rectangular transparent body 22 utilizing a transparent polyetylene packaging raw materials as it is formed on the slant face of a packaging body touching to the sectional face 10 of a sandwich food 11. A mesh-tone color/ pattern 23 corresponding to the individuality of commodity in the same way with the whole face of the other packaging face is continuously formed, in the upper edge 40 and the lower edge 41 perpendicular to the stacked layer of the food. Loafs of bread 42, 43 of both sandwiches of the sandwich food 11 and three kinds of ingredients 43, 44, 45 are completely covered with the transparent body 22 in the stacking direction to expose substantially whole face of the sectional face 10. Even when products displayed in order is seen only from the front face, as colors/patters 23 are provided in the upper and lower edges 40, 41, sufficient commodity-identification and appealability is obtained.
