The lowest position inside the receiver 80b of the package shelf 8 is formed at the nearly same height or higher than height of a rotary shaft 73 of the cradle arm 74, and the receiver 80b and the step 81 are separated from each other through a part 80a of a shelf frame 80, which surrounds the receiver 80b, on the step 81 side.
