To facilitate rotation from a package supply position to a yarn filament delivery position and to prevent a peg body from easily rotating, by providing a support portion of the peg body with a support guide surface having a configuration where it becomes lowest at a circumferential intermediate part in a rotatable range.
A support guide surface 2a-1 tilts in a V-shape so as to have a bottom portion 2a-4 that becomes lowest at an intermediate part between a wall surface 2a-2 for fixing a package supply position and a wall surface 2a-3 for fixing a yarn filament delivery position. When a tilting angle θ is too small a peg body 2 is rotated even if s small force applies to an operation handle 7, and when the tilting angle θ is too large a large force to the handle 7 is required for the rotation of the peg body 2. Preferably, θ is about 15°. When the wall surface 2a-3 for fixing the yarn filament delivery position about to a rotor 9, rotation of the handle 7 is stopped, and a tail yarn of other package is connected with a surface layer yarn of the package to finish supply operation of the package.
