The packaged food product is structured as follows: noodle 21, seasoning 22, and ingredients 23 are housed inside a hollow container 10, and the container 10 includes a hollow housing body 11 in the upper part of which an opening portion 11C is formed, a lid 12 disposed at the opening portion 11C of the housing body 11, and a film 13 placed between the lid 12 and the housing body 11 to cover the opening portion 11C from above the housing body 11. Inside the housing body 11, the noodle 21, the seasoning 22 and the ingredients 23 are put in this order, and the container 10 is shaken to mix the noodle 21, the seasoning 22 and the ingredients 23 together.
