Abstract:
To define a relationship between a structure and contents of a packaging container that enables the following three conditions: the packaging container can be kept upright; oxidation of the contents can be prevented; and a valve is not necessarily required.SOLUTION: A packaged food product comprises a paste-like composition as food and a packaging container for storing the paste-like composition. The packaging container comprises a container for storing the paste-like composition in a squeezable manner, and an outer lid capable of opening and closing the container. One of the container and the outer lid has rigidity to keep the packaging container storing the paste-like composition upright. The packaged food product has features that: as to portions, the container includes a cylindrical mouth portion and a nozzle portion which protrudes in the squeezing direction with respect to the mouth portion and has a smaller inner diameter than that of the mouth portion, and as to the thickness direction, it includes an inner layer portion which shrinks as the paste-like composition is reduced and an outer layer portion which has a restoring force separating from the shrunk inner layer portion and which covers the outer side of the inner layer portion; and the paste-like composition contains insoluble granular materials and has a viscosity of 200 Pas or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
