PURPOSE: To produce a packaged food readily edible by holding by hand, not bursting even by heating through an electric oven, by packing a filling material consisting of various foods into a filmy food and forming.

CONSTITUTION: Grain, vegetable, animal meat, fish meat, bean or fruit cooked by heating is used as a main raw material, optionally blended with salt, fats and oils and seasoning to prepare a filling material. Separately wheat flour and/or eggs and used as main materials, optionally blended with a vegetable baked food, fats and oils and water, homogenized, roasted into a filmy state to prepare a filmy food. Optionally a great number of small holes are bored in the filmy food. Then the filling material is packed into the filmy food and then the packaged material is shaped into a desired form.
