Abstract:
To provide packaged frozen noodles which does not have boiling melting on the surface of the noodles, is free of losing value as noodles, has a sufficiently soft central part, enabling even a person hard of swallowing to swallow easily, and preventing nutrient ingredients added to the noodles from melting in boiling water and flowing out.
The packaged frozen noodles easy to swallow are such that boiled noodles which are prepared in a yield of 240-330% and an aqueous solution which contains water or nutrient ingredient are in frozen condition, and held and sealed in a thermal resistant packaging container. The noodles are heat-thawed, together with the packaging container, to bring the yield to 430-500%, when ingesting.
