The packaged frozen processed egg is such that a liquid whole-egg part containing water-soluble metal salt, and a liquid egg-albumen part containing a gelling agent and gelatinized in the presence of the metal salt are charged in the same container. The liquid egg-albumen part includes a gelatinized part and a non-gelatinized part after frozen, and the gelatinized part includes a border part with the liquid whole-egg part.
