Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device for maintaining even a product quality, without inducing an insertion error, even when a stopping time is short, while maintaining upper-lower line designs.SOLUTION: An intermittent type conveyor for synchronously traveling in parallel, comprises a commodity transfer conveyor for transferring a commodity S and a box transfer conveyor for transferring a box B, an upstream side regulation plate 13 and a downstream side regulation plate for regulating an insertion time attitude of the commodity S by becoming a set on the upstream side and the downstream side of the respective commodities S on the commodity transfer conveyor, a pusher for repeating pulling-back motion by inserting the commodity S into the box B by linearly reciprocating in the orthogonal direction to the transfer direction and a driving control part for pulling back the pusher in a conveyor driving period so as to pass through a crossing position after the upstream side regulation plate 13 of the commodity S crosses a reciprocating orbit of the pusher on a retreat of the pusher, by inserting the commodity S by advancing the pusher in a conveyor stopping period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
