Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject packaged material capable of preventing a smell caused by anaerobic respiration and yellowing resulting from excessive oxygen for a long period of time by sealing broccoli in a porous synthetic resin film having an open hole area ratio and a surface area in a bag in specific ranges.
CONSTITUTION: A three-way sealed bag comprises a porous synthetic resin film obtained by boring 15 holes having 80μm average hole diameter through a packaging bag composed of a drawn polypropylene having 200mm × 200mm inner dimension and 25μm thickness so as to give 1×10-5 to 1×10-4% open hole area ratio. Broccoli is packed and sealed in this three-way sealed bag so as to give 100-700cm2 inner surface area in the bag based on 100g broccoli to give the objective packaged material containing broccoli capable of preventing a smell caused by anaerobic respiration and yellowing resulting from excessive oxygen for a long period of time and being supplied to a table while leaving taste characteristic of broccoli and maintaining a fresh state.
