A packaging apparatus 1 comprises: a truck 2 having a reel spindle 21 for supporting a film reel in a cantilever manner; and a packaging mechanism 4 which delivers a film from the film reel and uses it for the packaging. Two positioning pins 17a, 17b are provided on each arm part 14a of a substantially U-shaped base frame 14 of the truck 2. Rotary supporting point groove for fitting the positioning pins and locking grooves are formed in a coupling member 36 provided on the packaging mechanism 4. A caster 15 is provided on the lower side of the base frame 14 of the truck 2 via a height adjusting member 16. A handle 18a is provided on the opposite side of the positioning pin 17a of the base frame 14. The positioning pin 17a on the distal side from the handle 18a is inserted in the rotary supporting point groove, and the handle 18a is turned with the positioning pin serving as a supporting point. The other positioning pin 17b is fitted to the locking groove to position the truck 2 in the packaging mechanism 4.
