To provide a packaging bag having a releasing film capable of easily releasing the releasing film for protecting a packaging material film from contamination such as dust from the packaging material film.

The packaging bag is prepared by mutually opposing sealant layers (14) of the packaging material film of a double film (10) that is a laminate of the releasing film (11) and the packaging material film (12) and by sealing the peripheral edge parts (2). In the packaging bag, the releasing film (11) and the packaging material film (12) releasably stick together on their peripheral edge parts (2) and do not stick together on their storing parts (3) except the peripheral edge parts.
