PURPOSE: To obtain the subject packaging bag, composed of a film provided with openings having a total opening area ratio within a prescribed range based on the total film area and excellent in preservation stability for a long period.

CONSTITUTION: This packaging bag is composed of a film such as a polyolefin provided with one or more openings having 0.2-1.0mm diameter thereof and 0.002-0.010% total opening area ratio based on the total area of the film.
