To form a large outlet opening in a packaging bag while maintaining the shape of the packaging bag without reduction in strength of the bag.
The plastic film packaging bag for packaging toilet paper rolls includes: a front surface, a rear surface and a pair of side surfaces connected to the front surface and rear surface, the side surfaces being folded inward and disposed between the front surface and rear surface. A seal section is formed around the upper end of the packaging bag to extend laterally, and the seal section includes a finger hook portion for a user to hook the fingers. Perforations 11 are formed, along a pair of reference lines 12, in a middle section 10 between the seal section and an enclosing section for enclosing the rolls in packaging. Each reference line 12 includes a lateral portion 12T extending laterally and inwardly from the side edge of the packaging bag, and an inclined portion 12S extended inwardly while being inclined downward from the inner end of the lateral portion 12T, inner ends 12SE of the inclined portions 12S are separated from each other by a perforation-free area 13.
