To provide a packaging bag for wet tissue, configured so that a tip of a wet tissue can be easily passed through a narrow pathway, and tissues can be surely taken out one by one regardless of the drawing direction thereof.

A packaging bag for wet tissues includes: a vertically self-supportable bag body 2 which includes a bag mouth 14b formed by cutting an upper portion thereof, and can be hermetically sealed by a fastener 12 provided below the bag mouth 14b; a nonwoven fabric roll which is housed in the bag body 2, the roll being formed by winding a lengthy nonwoven fabric perforated at predetermined intervals in a roll shape, and being impregnated with a medical solution; an outlet port 10 of a wet tissue S that is a unit piece of the nonwoven fabric roll, the outlet port being provided on a surface film 3a of surface and reverse films 3a, 3b constituting the bag body 2; and a triangular pole body 9' formed from a film, the body being opened at one side surface, and including a narrow pathway 15 constituted of a slit or small hole, which is formed at the center of a lower side surface 18' thereof. The triangular pole body 9' is provided on an inner surface 8a of the surface film 3a in such a manner that its opening covers the outlet port 10.
