PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with an occluding element such that the occluding element can be opened with one hand.SOLUTION: The present invention of claim 1 relates to a packaging bag with an occluding element such that an opening part of the packaging bag consisting of a top film and a reverse film consists of side edge joint parts arranged to the right and left, an upper edge joint part, and a synthetic resin-made occluding element consisting of a male member and a female member arranged at a position opposed to the upper edge joint part and occluding each other, an anti-slip layer being provided on outer side faces of the top film and reverse film where the occluding element is located.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
