To provide a packaging bag which is made handy.
In the packaging bag, a rectangular first film comprises first, second, third and fourth sides, a rectangular second film having an identical shape with the first film is superimposed on the first film, an air passage member P is attached between the first side of the first film and that of the second film, a first adhesive part 1' is formed at the periphery of respective first sides of the first and second films, and a second adhesive part 2' is formed at the periphery of the third sides of the first and second films. The second adhesive part 2' is folded toward the second film side via a second fold so that a first fold overlaps the first side of the second film. The side ends of the overlapped second sides of the films form a peripheral third adhesive part 3', which is folded so that the first fold overlaps the first side of the second film. The side ends of the overlapped fourth sides of the films form a peripheral third adhesive part 4'. One end of the passage member P is inserted in a gap between the first film and the second film, while the other end of the member P is exposed to the fresh air. The first and second folds R1 and R2 are formed when the gap is protected from air inflow.
