Title:
PACKAGING BAG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3923645
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge automatically vapor pressure generated during cooking and prevent burst and deformation of a packaging bag, by forming in the fold start part of a V-shaped-cross-section-having fold part a overhang part heat- bonded projectingly toward the leading end of he fold part, and by forming a cutting edge or notch in the overhang part.
SOLUTION: A packaging bag 1 is formed from a laminate body 50 comprising an outer layer 53 and an inner layer 51 being a heat-bond-properties-having resin layer that is easily peelable. In the case, two fold parts 4 and 5, each folded in the shape of a latter V, are formed between the front-face part 2 and the rear-face part 3 so that their leading ends face each other. Also, the edges of the side-face parts of the front-face part 2 and rear-face part 3 and the edges of a bottom-face part are heat bonded to produce the gusset-type packaging bag having heat bond parts 6-8 nearly in the shape of a letter U. And in the vicinity of the middle of the heat bond part 8, with the fold part, out of the heat bond part 6-8, a nearly-semicircular overhang part 9 heat-bonded toward the leading end of the fold part 5 from the inside of the peripheral edge of the heat bond part 8 is formed, and a nearly circular notch 10 is made in the area of the overhang part 9.
