Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sufficiently suppress deoxygenation capacity of oxygen scavenger at the time of preservation and to rapidly develop it at the time of using by forming a thin film layer and a resin layer on both surfaces of a plastic film to form a specific laminate, and superposing the laminate to form a packaging body.
CONSTITUTION: A laminate 10 is formed by forming a thin film layer 12 of magnesium oxide having a thickness of 300-1500 Angstrom on one surface of a plastic film 11 having oxygen permeability of 1000cc/m2/day.atm or more and forming a resin layer 13 having heat sealability and having oxygen permeability of 3000cc/m2.day.atm or more on the other surface. Resin layers 13 of a plurality of the laminates 10 are superposed to each other, thermally fusion- bonded at a peripheral edge 21 by a heat sealing method, etc., to form a sealed packaging body, oxygen scavenger 30 is contained in the body to form a packaging body 20 for the scavenger. Thus, deoxygenation capacity of the scavenger 30 is sufficiently suppressed at the time of preservation, and rapidly developed at the time of using.
