To provide a packaging box capable of preventing a lid body from being easily raised or easily opened even if any vibration or an unexpected force is applied thereto.
The packaging box includes a box body 1 with a front wall 12, a rear wall 13 and both sidewalls 14 erected from a bottom plate 11 and a top side opened; and a lid body 2 which is connected so as to be turnable to an upper end of one of the rear wall 13 and the side walls 14 to cover the top side, and having a locking piece 21 to the box body 1 on a turning end, and further includes a lid holding body 3 which is connected to a lower end of at least one side wall 14 of the box body 1 so as to be turnable, and has a sidewall 31 to cover the entire side walls 14 of the box body 1, an upper wall 32 to cover the side end of the lid body 2 close to the sidewall 14 of the box body 1, a front side piece 33 to cover a side end of the front wall 12 close to the sidewall 14 of the box body 1, and a rear side piece 34 to cover the side end of the rear wall 13 close to the sidewall 14 of the box body 1.
